This Privacy Policy explains how DotNow Labs LLC, doing business as Schedule.Now ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Schedule.Now platform, including the websites at schedule.now, biz.schedule.now, me.schedule.now, and api.schedule.now (collectively, the "Service").

3. Email and SMS Communications

By providing your email address or mobile phone number and opting in to notifications, you consent to receive transactional messages from Schedule.Now related to your bookings and account activity. These messages may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, cancellation notices, approval and denial notifications, and waitlist updates.

SMS/Text Messages. If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, you agree to receive transactional SMS notifications from Schedule.Now. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Schedule.Now's public documentation of its first-party verbal SMS opt-in workflow, consent script, and recordkeeping process is available at SMS Consent. That page is a separate consent reference and is not a substitute for this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service.

Email. Transactional emails are sent from [email protected]. These are service-related messages, not marketing. You may manage your notification preferences through your account settings.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS or email unless you have separately opted in to receive them.

4. Sharing of Information

Information may be shared with:

• Service providers that support the operation of Schedule.Now, including email delivery (Postmark) and SMS delivery (Twilio) providers, solely for the purpose of delivering notifications on our behalf.
• The business you have booked with, to the extent necessary to fulfill your appointment.
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law.
• A successor entity in connection with a business transaction (such as a merger or asset transfer).

Personal information is not sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Data Retention

Information is retained for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. SMS opt-in consent records are retained for the duration of your use of the Service and a reasonable period thereafter to demonstrate compliance.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
