Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and DotNow Labs LLC, doing business as Schedule.Now ("Schedule.Now," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Schedule.Now platform, including the websites at schedule.now, biz.schedule.now, me.schedule.now, and api.schedule.now (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Description of Service
Schedule.Now is a scheduling and booking platform that enables businesses to manage appointments, resources, and customer interactions. The Service includes tools for booking management, notification delivery, waitlist management, and related features.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without prior written permission.
- Transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or that infringes on the rights of others.
5. Notifications and Communications
The Service sends transactional notifications related to booking activity, including confirmations, cancellations, approvals, denials, and waitlist updates. These notifications may be delivered via email and SMS text message.
5.1 Email Notifications
By providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional email notifications from Schedule.Now at the address you provide. Transactional emails are service-related messages necessary for the operation of the Service and are not marketing communications.
5.2 SMS/Text Message Notifications
By providing your mobile phone number and expressly consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive transactional SMS notifications from Schedule.Now regarding your bookings and account activity.
- Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.
- Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from Schedule.Now. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS notifications will be sent.
- Reply HELP to any SMS message for assistance, or contact [email protected].
- SMS notifications are sent from a toll-free number. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major US carriers.
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Schedule.Now does not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS unless you have separately opted in.

6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant Schedule.Now a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by DotNow Labs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written permission.
8. Availability and Future Changes
Schedule.Now is currently being prepared for launch. Features, access requirements, and service availability may change as we continue testing and improving the Service. If we introduce paid features or plans in the future, the applicable pricing and terms will be presented at that time.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to others. Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to deactivation. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, email delivery providers, and SMS delivery providers. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and policies. Schedule.Now is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DotNow Labs LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DotNow Labs LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes that negatively affect your rights, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
